Thanks for shopping with Eternodistributors.com We offer a simple & straight-forward cancellation, refund & return policy. 

Cancellation Policy

If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at info@eternodistributors.com

In case of cancelled orders that are not shipped, the money will be refunded back to you after we duly process the cancellation request.

  • For payments done through online (credit/ debit/ net banking/ wallets/ UPI), the refund will be processed to the source account from which the payment was made within 7 to 14 business days. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy

-Products can only be eligible for returns or replacement if the products received by the customer are in a damaged / defective state, an expired product or if an incorrect product has been delivered

  • Drop an email to our customer support team at info@eternodistributors.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide us with your order ID details and reason for the return/ replacement request and share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Once your request is received, pickup will be arranged by us. We would initiate the refund/ replacement process only if the products we received were in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Returns/ Replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse
  • The serial number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if any original packaging is damaged
  • If the request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
  • Personal care devices cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

Please Note: For any products purchased on discount or through promotional offer or any marketing campaign or during the sale period, return request does not apply. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return part of your order only if it meets the return/ replacement criteria (refer to the above-mentioned points).

 How long will the refund process take?

In case of a return/ replacement request, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through online (credit/ debit/ net banking/ wallets/ UPI), the refund will be processed to the source account from which the payment was made within 30 business days.
  • For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount once the bank details are shared & confirmed by you via email. This process will be completed within 30 business days of us receiving the products back.
  • In case of replacement, we will initiate the process within 7 to 14 business days. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Shipping Policy

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once your order is processed in the system, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After passing the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they cannot reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How is the product packaging done?

We pack our products in boxes. Each product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We ship throughout Pan-India!

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS update and email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We usually dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days and during the festive season or any public holidays, you might experience delays.
  • If you are ordering our products through a promotional offer or any marketing campaign or during the sale period dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 7-10 days of the order date.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

We have standard shipping charges of Rs.150/- applied to all the orders below Rs.1499, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.1500

Does Eterno Distributors Pvt. Ltd ship outside India?

At present, we ship only within India.
